Simple, good for you food that is still comfort food. I had eaten here once before and was excited to go back. They also have Boylan’s as their fountain drinks!!

Had GF pizza and build-your-own salad. The person who took our order informed us the kitchen changes gloves and cooks gf pizza on waxed paper. He also showed us the binder with the list of ingredients/allergens for one of the items we had questions about. The salad was delicious and the pizza got good reviews from the others who had it.

Ordered the Buddha Bowl and was told it was gluten free. Husband ordered a gluten free sandwich... and then was told it was on regular bread. :(

Awesome food and I’ve never been sick from eating here.
We went to this restaurant after finding it on this APP. I would recommend this to everyone. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke with the lady who took our order and she informed me that they have a separate ingredients for their gluten free items and they change gloves to prevent cross contamination. They serve Pizza, sandwiches, and breakfast items. The menu utilizes a large variety of vegetables, which might make some nervous to eat there, but everything we ordered was delicious. We were also excited to find that they had gluten free cookies available. The cookies were very soft and delicious.

I love ModMarket! The flat bread for pizzas and sandwiches is delicious! And it's made in Longmont, too. I often order the bbq chicken pizza with gf crust and no cheese to be dairy free as well. The chicken is also antibiotic free.
I really love Modmarket salads. They have a gluten free menu, gluten free options for their pizza, and alot of their menu is customizable. I'm a fan.

No one got sick, but no one was impressed by the food either. 🤷♀

HORRIBLY glutened. Both me and my sister got terrible gluten symptoms within 2 hours of eating here last night. I had to get an IV at the ER due the severity of my reaction.
This place & the Longmont location as well as one of their Denver locations has a habit of doing this.

I’ve eaten at another location before without any problem. Ordering doesn’t allow a comment section to specify gluten allergy, so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it. But I got terribly sick several hours after eating here - like, wake up in the middle of the night because of pain (and debating whether or not to go to emergency) sick.
I was staying only a few blocks away and planned on eating here multiple times, but absolutely will not now. Food was decent going in though, but not worth the pain.

They have gluten free options marked on the menu, and seem to take care in preparation. But my food has been fresher from other locations. My roasted chicken was dry and the end pieces of the sides were hard. Like marble. Maybe it was just an off night. My rosemary sweet potatoes were stone cold, too. Everyone else at my table was happy with their food.
