We ate here while visiting LSU. The server was knowledgeable about Celiac and the importance of no cross contamination. The menu is mostly gluten free with everything clearly marked. The food was amazing too. The chips and salsa is bottomless. The corn chips are fried in a dedicated fryer. Highly recommend. My celiac daughters ate here with no issue.
