Review of Moe's Southwest Grill

I went in and told the server I needed gluten free. (I have occasionally eaten at other locations.). I truly got the “deer in the headlights” look. He asked someone else who shrugged so I said I was going to go somewhere that I could be assured of eating safely. That was the end of the conversation....he did not even reply.
