They are super kind about changing gloves and wiping down surfaces. I’ve been very impressed with the care they take to keep it safe.
Make sure to leave extra time for them to do their stuff. And you probably shouldn’t go at peak.

I looked up their menu online and if you get a salad or bowl it is gluten free. The chips and tortilla shells are prepared in the same area as their flour. I got a bowl and it was delicious!

Moe's is basically Chipotle, you can pull up their allergen menu online and ask them to change gloves and you'll be good.

They don’t have a specific GF menu, but the bowls (and the ingredients for them) are GF. The chips, salsas, and quest are also fine as well. We get Moe’s a few times a month and I’ve never had any issues.

They have just recently opened up in our area, and I was so hoping for another GF option. However, the only thing I was able to get was a bowl with rice, chicken & guacamole. Upon moving down the line I noticed the guy that was wrapping the flour tortillas was also dipping his hands into all the toppings. There were no spoons in the individual toppings. So all toppings were contaminated. So I was really disappointed with my lunch. They were very limited on their knowledge on GF.
