Review of Mon Ami Gabi

Their Gluten Free waffles are so good!!!! Every time I come to Vegas I know exactly where I'm getting breakfast. The server said they make up the gluten free batter fresh every time and they put a little flag stick in your food. So I'm fairly confident they take decent measures for cross contamination. I don't have Celiac however, just a serious intolerance. You get 5, like 2 inch round waffles. I ordered them with the blueberry compote and vanilla whipped cream. So so yummy!!!
