Came here twice during our visit, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Both were delicious. The staff were very helpful as well. Menu is well marked with what's safe.

This was so good! We split an omelet (with gf toast) and gf berry waffles. The coffee was also fantastic. Highly recommend. I’m a very sensitive celiac and did not have a reaction. The butter and jam they give you with the toast is *chefs kiss*!

Update: off their game.
We went Saturday & Sunday over Labor Day weekend; that said, it was just as packed as it has always been. French toast was fully disappointing - 3 sad little dry toast triangles. No syrup. Burned bacon that was cold. Waiter couldn’t have been less interested in us. Next day I went back for my tried and true waffles - they were much better than the French toast, but was still just kinda meh. Waitress was slightly better than guy before but wasn’t terribly helpful when I had questions. This is usually a place we fully look forward to - this time was really a let down.
So delicious!! The waffles are so fluffy and you'd never know they were GF. There isn't a GF menu, but our waitress was wonderful - very knowledgeable and walked me through which things could be converted. Waffles even came with an "allergy" stick -- which always cracks me up because it isn't an allergy, but I appreciate the gesture!! Better than "auto immune disease" 😀

Besides getting lost in the casino trying to find the restaurant, everything about this place is flawless. Staff were attentive, friendly, and wanted to be there. I went at like 3:30 pm on a Monday, and it was busy. Steak frite was phenomenal. So much food. The fries were also special, and honestly imparted a sweet plantainy flavor I liked. The bearnaise sauce was the bomb dot com. Can’t recommend enough! You will thank yourself

Great gluten free options! Menu doesn't list everything, but I found that staff answered questions really well. Meal came out with an "Allergy" label on it. I had the french toast and it was incredible. Highly recommend, will definitely go again.

I did not get sick from eating their GF mixed berry waffles with their cream cheese and maple syrup for breakfast only. My waffles had a toothpick with "allergy" written on it. Server was rather non-chalant about the allergy and didn't answer my typical questions well, which made me a bit nervous.
Menu was not very clear in what was GF, and server didn't really help here at all. Just mentioned waffles, so I picked one of that.
The waffles were really good though, close to some of the best waffles I've had. Just a little on the drier side.

GF eggs Benedict were great. It was frustrating that GF items,s were not all on menu-despite the great reviews here, we almost left because the menu was not at all helpful. I’m talking to our server, we found that they did have GFWaffle batter and a dedicated waffle iron, so my daughter (also celiac) ordered that and really enjoyed it

Total extraordinary experience. 2 celiacs. Were there for breakfast. No kids menu but they do half plates. Menu clearly indicates what is GF and they can do eggs any sorts GF. Staff is very helpful. Had buckweat crepes with greens and sausages, potatoes and date glazed bacon. Delicious.

A great place for a date night in Vegas. The server was very knowledgeable and all the GF items were marked on the menu. We had a salad and the steak frites and was ensured it was all celiac friendly. The fries are in a dedicated frier and the food came out with an allergy flag. It was pretty busy so get a reservation, but for sure go here if you’re struggling to find celiac safe options!

Giving five stars because it is safe…but honestly the food was meh! Server knew what celiac was and ensured us that they followed GF protocols in the kitchen. I went for lunch food and ordered the original steak frites. Food was overpriced for what it was, but I did not feel sick! You’re mostly paying for the ambiance here.

Lovely spot in Paris, that is a welcome break from the Strip. I had the roasted salmon. Server was very accommodating and even brought me some GF toast to munch on while my table mates enjoyed the regular bread. I felt fine afterwards, and would definitely go back.

We drove here and parked in the structure for the Paris hotel. #1 Parking is $25 #2 There is no gluten free menu. A few items are gluten free!! No gluten free buns or bread. #3 The food is $$$ at the least. #4 it’s just ok food. #5 they did not let us know there is a parking discount for eating there! No where stated there was validation. #6 I recommend eating off the strip! We had an amazing dinner at Lola’s

This is inside the Paris Hotel. Food was just ‘fine’, nothing great. Had the GF eggs Benedict. Doesn’t come with ham, which would have made it better. They do have plenty of GF options though. I just wasn’t impressed with the taste and it was expensive for what you got.

If you eat nowhere else, eat here for breakfast and have the Eggs Benedict. Honestly, the best I've ever had (including before I was diagnosed and could have the full fat version). In Vegas for work and was able to slip away to grab breakfast here with a colleague. I made a reservation via open table and noted that I have celiac disease. The waiter let me know what was and could be made gluten free. He assured me that the toast is made in a separate toaster. I ordered an omelette. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was nice to be able to eat somewhere where I knew I’d be safe. I’d recommend booking a reservation on the weekends as it looks to be pretty busy.

Great breakfast on the strip. Can’t say anything different than others with positive reviews. It’s as good as everyone says. I had the three egg breakfast with bacon and GF toast. I also shared a side of yogurt with cherry compote. My egg dish came out with a marker that noted “allergy” so I felt really safe eating here. Menu items are marked GF but off menu, you can get GF French toast and waffles per our server. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Visited Mon Ami Gabi for Valentine's Day dinner yesterday.
Like all restaurants from Lettuce Entertain You restaurant group, they actually have options for celiacs like me. Unlike Summer House, their menu is marked with what is and isn't gluten-free. My food came out with an allergy marker.
My husband and I each had the $39.95 steak frites and split the $23.95 duck confit as an appetizer.
The kale and bean mixture that came with the duck confit was incredibly delicious. It tasted like the best collard greens on earth. I wish they sold that as a side dish without the duck.
The steak frites were fine and all the sauce choices are gluten-free. I had the clasique which is served with maitre d'hotel butter. My husband had his steak with the poivire (peppercorn) sauce. Also delicious.
Unfortunately neither the Valentine's Day pre-fixe menu nor dessert menu had gluten-free options, so I had to stick to the regular dinner menu. I did call ahead to ask as other restaurants only had their pre-fixe menu available.
As far as non-food, we were seated at a 2 person table with one banquet seat and one regular seat. We had an obscured view of the Bellagio fountain. Despite the busy dining room, it was surprisingly not loud. The decor is reminiscent of an old French restaurant. Cute.
Overall, I'd go back to Mon Ami Gabi and they do have a loyalty club for their sister restaurants.
