One of the first things out of the waiter's mouth was "Are there any allergies I need to be made aware of?"
I had the gluten free eggs Benedict which was served on a chickpea crouton patty and the glazed bacon. Everything was delicious.
They take cross contamination very seriously and I did not get sick. I was told they had gluten free versions of their French toast and many non-GF items could be made gluten free upon request.
The atmosphere is pretty fancy, but the cost wasn't any more expensive than everywhere else in Vegas.
