Nice restaurant with receptive staff. I ate breakfast here and ordered the gluten free waffles with hazelnut spread drizzled over the top. I inquired about cross-contamination and was informed that the gf waffles have their own dedicated iron. The plate came out with an allergy skewer to indicate it was gf. While the establishment is trustworthy when it comes to safety, I was unfortunately not impressed with the waffles. They were dense, not light or fluffy, and turned into thick mash in my mouth while chewing. They should have used more rice flour in the batter to make it lighter and crispier. I think they used buckwheat flour based on the color of the waffles. Anyway it was a good restaurant, they just need to work on improving their waffles because those are pretty easy to do gluten free with decent texture.
