Review of Mon Ami Gabi

They definitely have great allergy practices in place that make it celiac friendly. They prepare the food in a different area and even have it marked allergy upon being brought to your table. I was less than impressed with the GF waffles though! Hard and dry. I ordered them blueberry but somehow they came out plain. A frozen waffle is much better so I would stick to pancakes or French toast as it likely won’t be so dry and tough.
