2nd time I’ve been here in the last 3 years. Staff is knowledgeable about cross-contamination. I’ve had dinner (steak & fries) and breakfast (eggs, hash browns, and avocado). They can modify other items to be GF such as the French toast but I’ve not asked about how that’s prepared. I tend to always keep things simple when not at a dedicated Gf place.
