Review of Mon Ami Gabi

I had two very different experiences at this restaurant. 1st was for dinner - server Patrick was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. I ordered filet mignon w/ garlic butter as well as fries (only fried item in the restaurant) also tried mashed potatoes. Tested all these items on the Nima came back GF I did not get sick. Was so good I decided to go back for breakfast the next day - that didn’t go as well. Had eggs, bacon, & hash browns and declined GF toast - all were marked GF but came back with gluten found when I tested. Manager said they are tossing around toast at breakfast so likely contamination. He watched second dish be made and it still tested with gluten found (all though way less was shown - clearly contamination). I decided not to eat anything after the 2nd test found gluten. Manager comped the tables meal and was apologetic and understanding. Overall I would recommend to go here, but I would select dinner as there is way less gluten being served and be very cautious at breakfast.
