Staff is knowledgeable and pride themselves in taking great care of their patrons with food allergies. They prepare food in a separate area. Items are marked on the menu, and the waiter knew just what to point out that could be modified and what was safe. The frittes were in a dedicated fryer. They brought out toasted GF bread (separate area) and olives. I had the filet with frittes. And raspberry sorbet for dessert. All items came our marked "Allergy". Everything was delicious and I felt very safe eating here as someone with Celiac Disease.
