My husband and I ate here twice during our trip to CO because this place had so much to offer! The food was delicious and we enjoyed everything we ate. It was so great to know everything on the menu was safe to eat and GF— and a bonus it was all delicious! We tried the chicken, pork, and beef and all were great. I loved the bean and cheese pupusas and the melted cheese on top really makes the dish shine. I highly recommend visiting and getting the jalapeño margarita!

The pupusas were delicous, as were the yucca fries. Generous portion sizes. Pleasant atmosphere & personable staff. I also got a slice of GF chocolate cake to go, and it was yummy. Highly recommended.

so let me just say the owner and her husband are fantastic people with a fantastic story. Tim was so understanding and accommodating and it was a great time socially. I have allergy to dairy, egg, beans, and beef in addition to gluten. i state this very clearly always and have never had an issue at restaurants even chains. i always make it a point to order something that would never contain beans or beef to begin with so that it’s not too much of a hassle to make. Monse’s kitchen staff are NOT very diligent. my first time going my order came out wrong and there was also beans hidden in it. the second time i came, my order also came out wrong the first time and then the second time it came out with beef hidden in it. i am now paying the consequences of that as we speak. their kitchen is not very organized or separate so if you only have a gluten allergy, this is a great place but if you have anything else, i would err on the side of caution. i rarely take risks and i’m not sure if this once in a blue moon risk was worth it. food is good but not good enough to feel sick over. they do have a great selection of dishes though.

Amazing food! We are on a family vacation with extended family, three of whom are Celiacs. We were very excited to find a dedicated gluten free restaurant so that we could all eat together and feel safe. Everyone loved the pupusas. We also had birria tamales, and beef and cheese empanada that was fantastic.

Food and beverage taste not what it used to be. Drinks used to be best in town but not good this time and no garnishes on beverages, empanadas were just plain bad- skip altogether. But this is one of the best gf options in CS and hoping quality improves to what it used to be.

I love this place! All GF and lots of options that aren’t spicy, if spice isn’t your thing. Everyone we’ve brought here or talked to about it loves it too. Really good options for groups. They do get very busy and crowded at rush times, so I recommend trying to go a little earlier or later.

I had a gluten reaction. I was super excited about trying this place but got super sick after eating here. Had to stop to use the bathroom four times on the drive back to Denver. It says dedicated so I’m not sure what got me, maybe an ingredient was subject to cross contamination at the production facility or something.

Food tasted good, the papusas were a bit bland but the plantains were AMAZING. The mango pineapple agua fresca was delicious and refreshing. It costs 4.50 for a side of rice and beans but it’s just combined rice and beans in a tiny side cup. It’s crazy that it’s almost $5, so don’t do that.

I visited for a late lunch on a Tuesday. This app said they were closed but they were open. I had the poblano & cheese pupusa topped with Al pastor and a side of plantains. The pupusa was kind of bland and the toppings (Al pastor and pico de gallo) made it soggy. The plantains were delicious.

Not only was the food great, but it was also a great experience! The owner came to our table and asked if we were first timers and then spent about 5 minutes walking us through the entire menu. None of us at had papusas before so it was very helpful. Everything is gluten free and a lot can be made dairy free or vegan. I enjoyed the homemade vegan QUESO!! They even had gluten free and vegan deserts. The alcoholic and non alcoholics drinks were fantastic. Total hit. I would recommend making a reservation as the place was busy. I don’t think we would have had a spot if we hadn’t reserved!
