Delicious! Everthing is fresh & flavorful. Enjoyed the glisten free menu - even desserts! I will be back. Great patio for the summer. One of my new favorite gf restaurants in the Springs.

A side of guacamole may not be a traditional way to eat a pupusa but it’s delicious on top!

100% GF facility! Delicious food, although not the best place to go if you’re on a diet ;). They serve breakfast, and my son loved his steak omelette. Small, cozy atmosphere with large patio and lots of games and toys for kids which is important because it’s a popular place, so you can expect to wait in line and wait for food. But the wait is well worth it! The pupusa‘s are huge, about 6 inches diameter, and the menu lists several vegan options.

Biggest & most delicious pupusas I’ve ever had 😍 100% gluten free facility, including the fryer and the desserts. Very vegan friendly, they had delicious vegan Chile rellanos on special tonight. The owner is sweet as pie and so friendly. Do yourself a favor next time you are craving Mexican or Latin food and swing by Monses!!

Ate here today with our 14 yo celiac daughter. It was fantastic and nothing we had was spicy. Even our 5yo loved the papusas. We had 5 different ones and they were all wonderful. No reactions and we would eat here again next time we are in town. Staff was super nice and helpful with explaining the options. My kids loved the outdoor seating as well.

By far my favorite restaurant on my vacation to this area! Delicious food cooked in a 100% GF facility - the tamales & pupusas were the best! I am a very sensitive celiac & did not feel sick after eating - would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed the Pupusas ordered with the rice and beans on the side. Wasn’t sure about the curtido, pickled cabbage salad, and saved it for last. I was pleasantly surprised. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!

Family run pupuseria with delicious, house made food. Very friendly and understanding of all allergens. Gluten, soy and nut-free facility. Pretty setting but a little hard to locate-look for the bamboo fenced patio off the public parking lot. Behind Sweet Elizabeth’s Gluten Free Bakery!
