They make the pizza on a pizza pan, not directly in the oven. I told my server I have celiac and he immediately told me which items were cross contaminated (the fries) and which were my safest options (salads obviously, pizza, tacos). I had the mushroom pizza. It was incredible and the Tequila drink with Prosecco, can’t remember it’s name. Super sensitive and didn’t get sick.
