We stopped in during the busier part of their lunch hour, our first red flag should have been that no staff greeted us for about ten minutes when we first got there. They have the items on their menu that are gluten free marked as such and show which ones can be made gluten free. However when I was ready to order and asked more questions about cross contamination, they said there wasn’t anything they could do for the moment because they were so busy. Definitely an option for gluten/wheat allergy, but not celiac safe.

Service was great. They are very accommodating and any questions I had were answered. They don't have a separate kitchen space and a lot of their GF items are cooked in a fryer that is NOT gluten free so that limits the choices. I've eaten here quite a few times and never gotten sick. 4 stars just because there aren't a ton of choices but they will bake chicken wings for you if you ask :)

I love that the menu is labeled, but the food is just okay. That said, it’s one of the only options in Sicamous so I appreciate the options!

Owners wife is apparently highly sensitive gluten intolerant, so they are well trained on cross contamination. Our food was brought out separately. We were told even without asking that the fries aren’t safe due to shared fryer. They have a little market attached that has TONS of gf options!! Pastas, pies. Pizza crusts, cookies, sauces, dressings, etc! SO AWESOME!!!!
