The staff was careful and knowledgeable. They made sure to drop our fries in a gf fryer and took the time to double check the ingredients in one of their sauces. The burger had a gf bun with sesame seeds. It was juicy and had a yummy fresh, home grilled taste... We will definitely be back.
Wanted to try something new for my daughter's birthday because she wanted burgers. Both she and my son had their selection on a GF bun, and I had a lettuce wrap. Burgers were really good. Hand cut fries were good but not hot. Staff was very attentive both during our order and also came to the table to check on us. I didn't give five stars due to the fries and the wrap was not as substantial as it needed to be for a double cheeseburger. But I'll be back for sure! I've been hoping for a replacement to Red Robin's inconsistent service and quality.
I went once. Fries are cooked in separate fryer, however per the manager the oil is filtered with the same oil that goes in the regular fryer. Kind of defeats the purpose of having separate fryers. The burger was under cooked and had kind of an odd taste, like maybe it was starting to turn.
Soft, different, good GF bun with sesame & poppy seeds. However, no Gf sides. Only side item available are hand cut fries (good) or sweet potato fries which are not fried in a dedicated frier. There’s a salad that’s GF without fried onion straws. The 1/4 lb burger patty was tiny and thin - suggest ordering a 1/2 lb. Food was rather tasty and regular non-GF potato buns were also good but too much for the tiny thin patty. Atmosphere is nothing special. My peeps didn’t get sick eating here but I also wouldn’t recommend if you’re very sensitive.
Soooo not safe for celiacs - they have high turnover of staff w high school and college kids. They told me that they keep the grill not enough that it burns off the gluten 🤦🏼♀️. Yes they have a gf bun - but if you're Celiac don't chance it. They also use the same machine for malt and reg milkshakes so don't chance that either. Go next door to Dog Lane Cafe if you want a safe gluten free burger. Tell them you're Celiac and they'll prepare in the separate area
I asked for gluten free and had ate there before safely. They put a regular bun on my burger, pulled it off and put a GF one on. I swole up and got hives and all that. It was awful. So sick.
Don't typically eat red meat but when I visit MT, my mom and I often stop here and get a burger. They are always cautious about changing gloves and are friendly. I have never gotten sick after eating here which is reassuring.
Gluten free bun on burger was average and $2 extra, but burger was perfectly cooked and fries were seasoned extremely well. I had no issues with cross contamination. But sadly none of the shakes are gluten free do to cross contamination.
Staff was knowledgeable about gluten free items. They key everything separate and made sure I knew my burger had not come in contact with anything that had gluten. All burgers were gluten free except the black bean patty. Really good, fluff gluten free bun. Their regular fries are in a dedicated flyer. Sweet potato fries are not safe. Super good! Definitely coming back
I walked in and asked the workers there if they offered gluten free sweet potato fries. He told me yes they do. I asked him again if he was sure. He decided to go back to the kitchen and "double check." He came back out telling me they were gluten free. When the fries came out and I began eating them, they almost tasted too good to be true. They seemed coated in something. I decided to get online and do some searching to try and find out if their fries were actually gluten free. After digging around online I found out on their website that they are not gluten free sweet potato fries. Don't trust the workers here on their word for knowing the ingredients even after double checking with the kitchen.
Impressed with the gluten free bun. Even had them pull out the box! Certified Gluten free and by far the best bun I’ve ever had. They changed gloves. Meat is cooked on separate grill from bread. I didn’t get sick but definitely room for possible cross contamination without knowledgeable staff.
There is not a dedicated fryer as mentioned. The gf buns are dry as bones. There is a huge risk of cross contamination. If you don’t have celiac and only try to avoid gluten, you might be safe eating a lettuce wrap burger. The shakes are also made on shared equipment so definite risk of cross contamination.
*UPDATE* have continually had good experiences here. While I have not had a bad experience at this location, was assured the sweet potato fries did not contain gluten ingredients, but online it says that they do(website nutrition info) so steer clear of those. Otherwise the regular fries and gluten free buns are good.
Courtney was managing the day I went and i told her how impressed I was with her staffs professionalism (Bun on foil while toasting and the automatic changing of gloves). This place was good and hit the spot.
Super disappointed was looking forward to having some gluten free fries. Fries are NOT in dedicated fryer. They said the fryer oil is filtered the same with other items containing gluten. We passed on eating here. People working there didn’t seem as knowledgeable-super bummed!
Their "Lifestyle Burgers" menu offers GF, vegetarian, keto, paleo, and low cal options. Can specify allergy when ordering GF, but I did not watch the prep process (always makes me nervous!) Turkey burger was good. Their GF bun is pretty unique with a very soft texture and poppy seeds on top. Shared fryer, unfortunately.
Fryer is shared with chicken nuggets so fries are NOT GF. Gf bun or lettuce wrap option and they will change gloves but staff doesn’t seem as knowledgeable about cross contamination. burger is good but my stomach hurt for 1-2 days.
The food was excellent and Cheyenne was so knowledgeable about allergies and cross contamination! She was able to explain how they sanitize the shake machine between shakes to avoid cross contamination of not only gluten, but peanut butter (Reese’s Shake) for those with peanut allergies! She also warned me against the fries due to shared fryers. I so appreciate being able to eat somewhere I feel safe without fear of getting “glutened.” Thanks for looking to see what brand the GF buns are because it was super yummy! On the shakes, they are more like concretes... that’s a good thing! It means it wasn’t soupy even after I finished my burger! Perfect!
Although the shakes are tasty, dairy does a number on me. They're not technically a gluten-free facility. They do have GF buns (eh) but even the sweet potato fries are made in the same fryer as the French fries (coated with flour spice) so it's pretty much meat and lettuce if you want to eat there.
Good burger with a nice gf bun. Clean the mixer and cups for shakes to amke sure no cc. Wish they had a dedicated fryer for fries but overall great meal with no issues for my super sensitive Celiac kids
We eat here weekly. They have a gluten free bun and the regular fries have a dedicated fryer. They bag my GF food separately as requested and change gloves sometimes even without me asking. Ranch is also gluten free. I highly recommend this location. My daughter loves it.
Fantastic!! as soon as the cook heard "gluten free" he immediately changed gloves. They double checked sauce ingredients and were sure to inform me what sauces I could and couldn't have. They were very attentive to my order. The burger was fantastic and the fries are hand cut seasoned with salt and pepper. Wonderful experience!!! Will definitely go back.
My husband is gluten sensitive and they offer gluten free buns. He didn't experience any symptoms after eating here. The burgers were okay in terms of flavor but it is a great option for those who have dietary restrictions.
AMAZING burgers!!! I have eaten at this location 5 times and never once got ill. They are very serious about safety, although they call it an allergy. I think they take it even more seriously if you tell them it’s an allergy. Their gluten free bun is the best I have ever eaten! My husband, not gf, said mine looked better than his. I do not eat the fries, as I believe they are cooked in the same fryer as their chicken strips. Better to be safe than sorry. Highly recommend!
This was our second visit to the chain but first at this location. The manager was super friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions with clear explanations. He was not the least bit annoyed with my excessive questions. He even let me know the plain flavored shakes are GF and no chance of CC. My 10 year old had her first chocolate shake! Best of all she did not get sick from that nor the burger on a GF bun. She is super sensitive to cross contamination. She had fries as well. They have a dedicated fryer and brought them on their own tray separately from mine and my son's burgers on wheat buns.
Yay! Was able to eat a burger on a bun. I built my own burger, not sure it was my favorite bun but it was decent. The burger itself was tasty. I was disappointed about not getting fries. They fry them in the same oil as chicken tenders, not GF.
