I called ahead to check about being able to eat here, and one of the women on the line figured out that she could put my frozen gluten-free bread between two pieces of deli paper and then steam it on the cleaned griddle so there wouldn’t be any cross contamination. Although not “toasted” it was warm and my sandwich was delicious! I also know that they took all the extra precautions in terms of making my sandwich.

They couldn’t do anything with bread without cross contamination because their bread was frozen. They offered to make me any sandwich without bread, but I didn’t trust that their ingredients hadn’t been contaminated.

This place is so cute! They have gluten free bread that is very good and they can make almost every sandwich gluten free. They are also very understanding of celiac and cleaned the space before papering my sandwich. Overall I loved this place and would definitely come back

The best coffee we’ve had in the keys! They had GF oat milk for coffee. They had GF bread on amazing breakfast sandwiches. It looks like it is only one shared toaster, so request bread in toasted and ask them to change gloves and you should be ok!! Eggs appear to be made on their own stovetop.
