I called ahead to check about being able to eat here, and one of the women on the line figured out that she could put my frozen gluten-free bread between two pieces of deli paper and then steam it on the cleaned griddle so there wouldn’t be any cross contamination. Although not “toasted” it was warm and my sandwich was delicious! I also know that they took all the extra precautions in terms of making my sandwich.
