We had a very tasty and fresh lunch menu here and I had the impression that the restaurant is quite safe for people with coeliac disease. When I mentioned that I needed to eat gluten-free, the staff knew immediately and informed me that I couldn't eat the bread, would get rice instead, that they had gluten-free soy sauce and would change the salad dressing for me. With each course that was served, I was reassured that it was gluten-free and was explained what (if any) changes had been made to the "normal" menu. The gluten-free soy sauce was marked by a different colored bowl. Only oil, salt and pepper were used on the grill and the grill was so sparkling clean (scrubbed after each customer) that I think that gluten cross-contamination via grilling was ruled out. Overall a great culinary experience with spot on service.

Wonderful meal. Really tender meat with starters and other dishes. Care taken over one of us with a gluten free requirement and no cross contamination.

Amazing experience, one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had. The manager and chef were extremely helpful with tailoring the menu for me. This is a high end restaurant and they cook everything in front of you on your own individual plaque so there’s no risk of cross contamination. The only thing I would warn is that the restaurant is slightly expensive, however it’s worth every penny. The wagyu steaks are not just delicious, the great service makes the entire experience all that much better.
