This chain has an excellent allergy protocol. A manager will come and speak to you about your order and ensure it is made correctly.

Staff very knowledgeable and take requests seriously. A manager came to my table to let me know that she advised kitchen staff of my celiac disease and assured they cleaned the kitchen space where they prepared my food.

The manager came over to speak with me and double checked with the kitchen that my meal would be safe. As soon as I said I was Celiac the server knew what I was taking about. What a relief! And the food was excellent!

Gluten free menu and many other dishes can be modified to be gf. Very knowledgable about cross contamination as well as other allergies. Manager will visit your table to confirm the gf status of your order after checking ingredients and discussing with chef!
Definitely does not have a dedicated fryer which eliminates a lot of the menu.
A lot of the items marked gluten free require significant modifications to actually be gluten free without cross contamination.
I said I had Celiac and the waitress asked if it was mild or severe which was not confidence inspiring.
A manager does come out and supervise an allergy order though which is nice. Also the waitress was very willing to check with the kitchen about gluten free.

Their menu lists several items as “gluten conscious” which is not appealing to someone with celiac. The server asked me if I had “mild” or “severe” celiac which was a confusing question because I understand celiac .. as celiac…. Regardless, she checked with manager and kitchen and I got a plain salad with tofu. It was pretty sad.

My go to is usually the Cajun chicken sandwich. And they will put it on a gluten free bun for me. I’ve also got apps like their roasted feta and tomatoes. Instead of bread they substitute it for cucumbers for me. Or they have given me Mary brown gf crackers for the guacamole

They will bring out the manager to confirm no cross contamination. My daughter loves the gf burger and mashed potatoes (fryer is not dedicated and they know what that means)

Tons of options and best of all, a dedicated fryer for fries and they were maybe the best fries I’ve ever had!! I got the blackened chicken sandwich. It sounds like they normally have gf buns but were out. I got a lettuce bun and it was still delicious!!
