0 measures to reduce cross contimaination, appreciated the staff member was very honest and told me they don't make much effort to do so. They handle the normal pies and then the gluten free pies when making without wahsing hands between etc (this was told to me by staff member).
GF pies in same pie warmer as normal pies and was also told the prep area for both types is the same and they get cooked together at same time in same oven.
Pies looked amazing to be fair and I was very keen, untill then being very disappointed..... definitely not safe for a ceoliac based on staff members honesty regarding handling practices.
A little bit of effort from the business and I'm sure they could make it alot safer and at least attempt and I would maybe have taken the gamble. But not even washing hands between handling gluten and non gluten foods screamed an issue to me.

My pie was great, pastry was delicious, I also can’t eat seeds so this left me with only one option of Gf pie which was a little disappointing, but the braised beef pie I did have was very good. 😁

Pies and sweets on the same shelf and right beside gluten sweets and pies so I didn't risk making my coeliac son sick. Staff confirmed their food is gluten-friendly and cooked with gluten foods.

I’ve been eating these Gluten Free Pies now for the last couple years. Really tasty pies, top quality pastry and filling. They are stored in the same pie warmer as other pies, but I’ve had no problems from that.
