Review of Mucho Gusto Mexican Kitchen

When I went in, which was over a year ago, it was clear they didn't understand the concept of cross-contamination. The person in charge insisted that their food was Celiac-safe as long as I avoided the flour tortillas, but he got an attitude with me when I asked if they had any uncontaminated ingredients they could use instead of what was already out in the serving line. My mom and I decided not to take the risk and eat there, but my son who is much less sensitive decided to eat anyway... and got sick.

When I emailed the manager to tell her my son got sick there, and what I observed, and asked that they consider some re-training for their staff on cross-contamination, I got an answer that they were already well trained and that their food is safe for Celiacs.
