Much of the menu is marked as gluten free. The staff are all knowledgeable about the gluten free items and dedicated fryer/cross contamination risk. Great cocktails too.
Excellent food! Smaller menu, but has items that I haven’t been able to eat in year’s. Always a great experience!
I had the fried chicken sandwich with fries and it was delicious!! All the food is gluten free but they do regular buns as an option too.

We are a family owned, community oriented, craft cocktail bar in Mt. Lebanon focused on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, creative drinks, and scratch made modern takes on classic bar dishes! Our menu- which is nearly entirely Gluten Free- is designed to focus on "small plates," tapas style offerings (i.e. Fried Provolone Wheel, Crispy Brussel Sprouts and our famous Pork Belly Bites) so you- or a group- can try a few different things while enjoying your cocktails! We offer a selection of handhelds as well (i.e. Fried Chicken Sandwich, Smash Burger, Pork Belly Banh-mi, etc.) all of which are prepared Gluten Free and are available to be served on Gluten Free bread! We pride ourselves in making our guests feel safe, secure, and genuinely listened-to when it comes to food allergies, while also not letting it limit the number of available options! And of course our knowledgeable staff can answer any questions or concerns you may have! So come down to Mullett's and try us out for yourselves - you will not be disappointed.

This is my favorite gf spot in Pittsburgh. Food is always delish, and best of all, no food anxiety! Dedicated fryer and kitchen area. The Staff are so kind and knowledgeable, 5/5 .
I’ve been wanting to come here for soooo long and finally had the chance today. I had the smoky spinach and artichoke dip as well as the fried provolone wheel as appetizers. Both were amazing!! I loved the gf crostini that came with the dip. The fried chicken sandwich was soooo yummy too! I can’t wait to eat here again. Would recommend to anyone gluten free!!
Seriously , the best gluten free meal I have ever had !! Brisket crostini, spinach dip and Banana pudding with Gf chocolate chip cookies. Seriously, I had no stomach ache at the end of the meal. The staff was super nice and friendly. ! I am coming back soon !!!

Everything was delicious and easily marked down to the beers on the cocktaill menu.
I would give them 10 stars! Delicious safe gf food with no symptoms! Dedicated fryer, many options on the small menu. Local aurochs Gf beer! My non gf family loved it too!!!
Menu is GF. They have regular bread on request kept very separate in the kitchen. Food was delicious

Enjoyed the hot honey wings, mozzarella wheel, and fried chicken sandwich with fries tonight. Everything was tasty with the standouts being the wings and fries. I was disappointed to see that the menu was small and no longer offered some of the selections noted in previous reviews. However, it was refreshing that everything on the menu was either naturally gluten free, or could be altered to meet allergen needs. Seating was pretty limited here, just a warning.

Fabulous food. Got the fried chicken sandwich and fries and it was excellent. Loved the brussel sprouts. The artichoke dip could have been warmer. Overall great food. Everything is gf except they also have regular buns and pita in a separate area
Sitting in my car and just ate all 3 courses by myself. The brussel sprouts are so delicious!, The chicken fried sandwich was almost wrong to eat bc it reminded me of how good they are but this one was top notch, gf or not. Then there's the dessert and it's not just another sorbet option, it's also top notch. Just go and don't think twice.
Food was excellent and so was the service! I wish we had somewhere like this closer to home. Not a super big menu but what they have is super yummy! If you are in the area, definitely check this place out. Celiac friendly and super tasty for everyone!
Fantastic experience for GF eating. The entire menu can be made GF (just make sure to specify that you want a GF bun) except for some of the beers (though they also have some GF options). Very good cocktails as well.
Delicious and so many great options! It’s so nice to go somewhere and get GREAT gluten free food. They also don’t jack up the prices bc things are gluten free.

This is the kind of place anyone with celiac wished they had in their neighborhood. Everything is gluten free and tastes amazing. Delicious drinks and the atmosphere was perfect! Must go spot for anyone with gluten allergies and those that don't won't will also enjoy.

I had the spinach artichoke dip, brussel sprouts and WINGS! It was all delicious and I had zero issues!!! I wish I lived closer to come here more often. I will be back!!
Quality over quantity! This place is small and the main course menu is short but the appetizer menu is big and every plate we had our tastebuds popping! Fries w poutine delish! Smashburger exceeded expectations w great seasoning and carrot cake on point. It is so nice to have such a full GF menu!

We were in the area and the Find Me GF app helped me find Mullets. The whole menu is GF. My husband and I shared the poutine and then I had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were amazing! I don't know when the last time I had a chicken sandwich! (At least 10 years before going GF) The sandwich was huge I had to take half home. I honestly don't know how they got the "breading" so light and crispy. I got the carrot cake & burnt almond tort to take home. My husband had the bahn-mi sandwhich and he said it was the best he ever had I wish we didn't live an hour+ away but we will be back. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Safe, all gluten free, friendly staff, awesome food. Fun atmosphere little small but we got there when they opened so no wait.
I fell absolutely in love with this quaint cocktail bar & restaurant which was just voted “Best New Restaurant” by Pittsburgh’s City Paper. Obviously I came to check out their gluten free kitchen, which did not disappoint!

Wow wow wow. Dare I say best meal I've had since going gluten free?? The food was phenomenal. We got the fried provolone wheel, crispy brussel sprouts, and I got a fried chicken sandwich. I think I'll be thinking about this food for weeks. We also got an almond torte to go (and it was huge)! I don't live close but plan to be back frequently. Definitely recommend!
Where to even begin! Everything that is fried is gf, so dedicated fryer. The only thing that is gluten in the kitchen are regular buns and they told me that they are prepared in a separate area. My husband had the smashburger on a regular bun, I had the fried chicken on a gf bun. The fried cheese wheel was amazing!!! It was heart shaped for Valentines Day. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back to try more. Drinks were very tasty too!!
This is a must try, even if it's a bit if a drive! The best fried cheese and one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've ever had (add the hot honey sauce on the side at the very least). Some great local gluten free beers as well. Everything is gluten free (just need to ask for bread if you get a sandwich). 9.1/10.
Felt so safe eating here and the food was good too! The server told me that gluten is kept in a small separate area of the kitchen and that everything else is gf including the fryer. First time I was able to have a real burger and fries in a long time without worrying about cross contamination.
This is one of my favorite spots! The provolone wheel, Brussels sprouts, sandwiches! All delicious. Everything is gluten free except for the sandwich bread - which you can still get a sandwich on gluten free bread.
I have celiac and I felt so safe eating here! I usually say I have a gluten allergy but I said celiac and our server immediately noted that everything needed to be gluten free. This was the first time I have been able to order everything on the menu! The chicken sandwich and provolone pinwheel were amazing, but the gluten free almond torte was freaking incredible!! I’m already trying to figure out when to go back!
I LOVE THIS RESTRAUNT!! The food was phenomenal and all of the menu could be accommodated gluten free. We had great wings, charcuterie, burgers, and a fried chicken sandwich. The owners fiancé has celiac and we felt super safe eating here. Highly recommend!!
Tasty cocktails and BRILLIANT GF menu. The staff are up to speed and the food comes out ready to tingle taste buds. This is a new Pitt GF staple.

This was a great place for a date night. My husband (not gluten intolerant) and I shared Cajun wings, the Brussels sprouts, and poutine. It was absolutely delicious, and it was the first time in as losing as I can remember that I did not get sick from eating out. There was a great bar selection and we look forward to our next visit.
Excellent! Great menu, restaurant is small so possibly longer wait times but worth it.
Have been here multiple times with my boyfriend and his friend. The first time we got a bunch of things and split them so we could try multiple things. I was very very excited. We got the fried provolone wheel, brisket crostini, and poutine and then a burger all gluten free. It was amazing. They liked it as well and said they couldn't even tell it was gluten free.

Amazing amazing!! So many delicious apps that you cannot find gluten free many other places. And those fried chicken sandwiches - wow!! Didn’t know I missed fried chicken till I had it. Love that they offer so many gluten free options but still have regular buns for others. Safe experience and great staff! Highly recommend
I'm sensitive to cross-contamination and had a great experience here! I felt very safe eating here, our server was knowledgeable about the kitchen set-up (they keep gluten-containing buns in a separate area to eliminate cc), and the food was delicious!!
Two absolutely fantastic experiences! We’ve dined in and taken out- both were incredible! It is exciting to have a local bar & bites venue with gluten free options and fantastic staff who do not make you feel like an inconvenience due to allergy/diet requirements. I love a place excited to serve gluten free well 💕
OMG. I could eat that cheese wheel all day everyday. So glad this place exists! It’s quaint and classy, great ambiance and wonderful service. I had a cheese wheel and sweet bbq wings, both delicious! Cannot wait to go back and try EVERYTHING else. Oh, and a Manhattan!
This place is gluten free HEAVEN! The entire kitchen is gluten free except for buns which are in a separate area of the kitchen. They are very knowledgeable and service was excellent. THE FOOD! It was fantastic. Drinks were very good. I 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back.
Finally made it to Mullet’s. While I savored the fried chicken sandwich I kept thinking it might be dangerous to live this close to GF perfection. It’s that good!
Amazing fully Gluten Free menu! The menu is all apps and a few sandwiches. They also have beer from the local gluten free brewery. Great atmosphere for drinks and small bites!
We ate and had the fried cheese and smash burgers. they were AMAZING. I have celiac and have a gluten intolerant family member. neither one of us got sick so it was definitely a win for our family
Super excited to try Mullett’s. Loved the provolone wheel- I haven’t had fried cheese is so long. I was also excited for the fried chicken sandwich, but that was a letdown. The piece of chicken was very small and VERY heavily breaded- the entire piece was significantly smaller than the bun. My kids had the smash burgers and they were HUGE so that seemed a little off for the chicken to be so small. Nearly everything was gluten free, and that is just awesome.
WOW 🤩 this place was amazing! All the items here are GF. The only non GF item are buns for the sandwiches but GF buns obviously available. We got the fried provolone appetizer and fried chicken sandwiches with fries. Everything was absolutely delicious! Your non GF family/friends wouldn’t know the breading was GF! Cannot wait to go back!
