We were in the area and the Find Me GF app helped me find Mullets. The whole menu is GF. My husband and I shared the poutine and then I had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were amazing! I don't know when the last time I had a chicken sandwich! (At least 10 years before going GF) The sandwich was huge I had to take half home. I honestly don't know how they got the "breading" so light and crispy. I got the carrot cake & burnt almond tort to take home. My husband had the bahn-mi sandwhich and he said it was the best he ever had I wish we didn't live an hour+ away but we will be back. Highly recommend!

I fell absolutely in love with this quaint cocktail bar & restaurant which was just voted “Best New Restaurant” by Pittsburgh’s City Paper. Obviously I came to check out their gluten free kitchen, which did not disappoint!

Wow wow wow. Dare I say best meal I've had since going gluten free?? The food was phenomenal. We got the fried provolone wheel, crispy brussel sprouts, and I got a fried chicken sandwich. I think I'll be thinking about this food for weeks. We also got an almond torte to go (and it was huge)! I don't live close but plan to be back frequently. Definitely recommend!

Where to even begin! Everything that is fried is gf, so dedicated fryer. The only thing that is gluten in the kitchen are regular buns and they told me that they are prepared in a separate area. My husband had the smashburger on a regular bun, I had the fried chicken on a gf bun. The fried cheese wheel was amazing!!! It was heart shaped for Valentines Day. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back to try more. Drinks were very tasty too!!

This is a must try, even if it's a bit if a drive! The best fried cheese and one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've ever had (add the hot honey sauce on the side at the very least). Some great local gluten free beers as well. Everything is gluten free (just need to ask for bread if you get a sandwich). 9.1/10.

Felt so safe eating here and the food was good too! The server told me that gluten is kept in a small separate area of the kitchen and that everything else is gf including the fryer. First time I was able to have a real burger and fries in a long time without worrying about cross contamination.

I have celiac and I felt so safe eating here! I usually say I have a gluten allergy but I said celiac and our server immediately noted that everything needed to be gluten free. Have been here multiple times with my boyfriend and his friend. The first time we got a bunch of things and split them so we could try multiple things. I was very very excited. Super excited to try Mullett’s. Loved the provolone wheel- I haven’t had fried cheese is so long. I was also excited for the fried chicken sandwich, but that was a letdown. The piece of chicken was very small and VERY heavily breaded- the entire piece was significantly smaller than the bun. My kids had the smash burgers and they were HUGE so that seemed a little off for the chicken to be so small. Nearly everything was gluten free, and that is just awesome.

WOW 🤩 this place was amazing! All the items here are GF. The only non GF item are buns for the sandwiches but GF buns obviously available. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich with gluten free bun with fries and my gluten loving husband ordered the smash burger with fries. Both were incredible! The gluten free bun is really good and not dense and heavy like others (IYKYK). Cocktails were delicious, service was quick, prices are reasonable, and everybody was super friendly. Very cool atmosphere! Would highly recommend for anybody with celiac but also anybody looking for excellent food and cocktails!

Everything but the default hamburger buns and crostini is gluten free, making it a near 100% gluten free menu but not kitchen. The partner of one of the owners has celiac disease so they are careful of cross contamination. The food is excellent! One of the best burgers I've had and their fries are amazing! I got to try their gnocchi with pesto and it was probably the best pesto sauce I've experienced.

The kitchen is entirely gluten free. The owners’ family member is a celiac so they’re very well aware and have made sure to make it easy for GF. only their crackers are not GF, which is not a big deal. GF French fries, buns, all fried stuff made with rice flour… feels very safe. Will certainly be back.

Best Gluten Free Dining Experience in the South Hills!

I was fortunate enough to attend the soft opening for Mullett's this past weekend. The atmosphere, food, and drinks were next level. I have been gluten free since 2010 and Mullett's has more gluten free options than any restaurant I've been to. Normally when I go out to eat I'm limited to four or five items on any given dinner menu. When I go to a bar Im usually only able to get chips and dip. Here I was able to order Cajun chicken wings, cheeseburgers with gluten free buns that are actually soft and fresh, and soy glazed pork belly bites, all of which were delicious . I will definitely be back to try the gluten free fried chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks!

P.S. the cocktails and bourbon selection are phenomenal. I highly recommend the Mullett's Signature Old Fashioned. You will not be disappointed!
