How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Got take out last Friday and it was awesome !Prior to ordering I emailed and asked about their safety protocols since they changed the menu and I got a direct response from the owner, Adam, who explained to me that the staff is trained, the entire menu is still available gluten free (including safe fryer) and there is no flour on site. I had no issues (very symptomatic celiac) and my food was nice and hot.

Muse has spanish-inspired dishes and every time I eat here I am amazed at how delicious the options are! Update: Muse is no longer gluten free. Whole-heartedly disappointing

10/2023: Absolutely stunning food, everything was incredibly delicious, including the cocktails. Do yourself a favor and get the fried goat cheese and roasted pork tacos.
