Got take out last Friday and it was awesome !Prior to ordering I emailed and asked about their safety protocols since they changed the menu and I got a direct response from the owner, Adam, who explained to me that the staff is trained, the entire menu is still available gluten free (including safe fryer) and there is no flour on site. I had no issues (very symptomatic celiac) and my food was nice and hot.
