Gluten free menu, but unfortunately they use gluten containing marinades to tenderise meat (even the items on gluten free menu) - I was told “it’s only a little bit of gluten, it’s ok”….

Have heard lots of great reviews of this restaurant, on coeliac FB pages, and this app. We avoided anything deep fried (the staff were knowledgeable enough that even on GF menu the fried foods, eg. Salt pepper squid or pork belly) is fried in a shared fryer. Food was delicious. BUT. Our coeliac child was really really sick within an hour of finishing our meal. Classic gluten response.

A great spot in Sydney for Thai! Staff had some knowledge of gluten free, the pad Thai was delicious, and no sign of sickness!

Similar to their Surry Hills location, the Barangaroo location offers great food and knowledgeable staff. Upon request they will clean the woks to ensure a safe GF meal.

I have celiac disease, and I tested all my food with a NIMA. The first dish I ordered, the pan-fried pork belly, failed. The original waiter had no idea why, but a second waiter immediately explained that all their fried dishes are cross-contaminated. I then ordered the pad thai instead, and it passed NIMA testing. The side of steamed rice did, as well. It is possible to eat here if you have the means (like with a NIMA tester) to verify that each dish is actually gluten-free.
