Unfortunately no longer dedicated gluten free. In the past it had with lots of safe options for lunch, desserts, and snacks. I used to have great experiences before but have since had reactions and had to stop going here. Do not recommend.

Cross contamination the issue here. Staff used same gloves to touch my gluten free breakfast sandwich and my spouse’s regular one. Also same gloves to touch the lettuce for salad orders coming in. Also cooked eggs and bacon on same small flat top as the regular buns.

One of my favorite salad places. The GF chicken Caesar wrap is my favorite but it is so expensive for only half the wrap. The GF subs were my favorite but they were on the menu for only a short period of time.

Good place for healthy but delicious gluten free options.
Great sauté bowls, Gf croutons used for salad topping, and all pizzas are gf.
Smoothies and pressed juice, and all gf bakery items.
Sadly they added a gluten bun to their lunch options and they use a gluten bun for their morning menu.

I am not sure why everyone rates this place so highly. Yes they have a lot of options but there is also a lot of opportunity for cross contact. They use giant mixing bowls for everyone and they cut everything on share cutting board. When I asked if they could rewatch the mixing bowl they looked at me as if I had three heads. The employees also claim to be “100% gluten free” but then why would their menu say “gluten options available.” Staff was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t be back.

The food was good overall. The place is not dedicated gluten free. They have bread. The signs on the menu say gluten free and vegan available. The workers were not very clear about what was and wasn’t gluten free. The desserts were clearly gluten free. Pizza salad and dessert all tasted great! Better signage needed.

INEVER EVER GO TO MYMIX IF YOU ARE GLUTEN SENSITIVE OR YOU CARE ABOUT INGREDIENTS. IT'S NOT 100% GLUTEN FREE. Last Sunday (10/15) I went with my husband and two daughters for brunch to this place. My daughter is gluten intolerant (celiac) so it sounded like a good idea to go to a place that markets themselves as a place with numerous gluten free options. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, and as it was not explicitly clear whether they contained gluten or not, I specifically asked about it before ordering, and they assured me it was a gluten free meal option. Once we got the sandwiches, I asked for a second time if the English muffin was gluten free and the lady on the counter re-confirmed it was gluten free. Because it was our first time there, I asked her to triple check, so she asked another employee and again he re-re-confirmed it was gluten free. My 9 year old daughter had a severe reaction and spent the afternoon vomiting, to the point where we almost check in the local ER because of the severity of the reaction. When consulting yesterday (Monday 10/16) with Fausto, the Greenwich store manager, he told us the English muffins were not gluten free. He apologizes very lightly and promised to talk to the employees, showing total lack of understanding of what a reaction to gluten is. This place employs totally clueless employees when it comes to gluten and its consequences for gluten intolerant and celiac people, which is absolutely unacceptable for a place that markets themselves as a health conscious place. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS PLACE AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO GLUTEN OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS THEY USE.
