Review of Nacoochee Village Tavern & Pizzeria

As a celiac, seeing all of the pizza dough tossed in the air behind the bar, I was skeptical. I ordered a 14” GF specialty pizza (one of the chicken based pizzas with a ranch/balsamic sauce). I usually only eat pizza at Mellow Mushroom, but I didn’t have a choice due to our trip. I am very sensitive ( symptoms starting in less than 2 hours) to gluten, but I have had no problems so far (4 hours later)! I promised myself I would write a review if I didn’t have any symptoms later in the evening. Seems like a great/safe place for celiacs in the area!
