The gentleman at the front counter was very helpful. He advised me on what to avoid ordering. I had the chicken sandwich without the gf bun, so he added a little more meat! The chicken was very tender and delicious. The beans were great - not spicy, but had a little zing. As an extra step in safety, my food was placed in To Go containers even though I was dining in. Great place!

Excellent tasting BBQ. Sauces were GF and also delicious. Not the biggest portion, but still fine. Only noticed afterwards they have GF bread option for sandwiches.

I ordered the one meat meal. The young man at the front was knowledgeable. He stated what I could eat. Most of the menu except the Mac n cheese, cornbread and desserts. Ordered the brisket (lean), beans (ranchero type)and slaw (they have two types: mayo/creamy or a vinegar) the vinegar has some heat to it but went with traditional mayo based. Both bbq sauces were GF. My non celiac fiance had the two or meat Brisket and pulled pork. Same sides plus he had the corn bread. He stated the corn bread has corn in it. Food was good, service was good. You get the sauce yourself at the beverage condiments area. One BBQ sauce is sweet and spicy. That was my favorite but both are good. The other was a sweet bbq. No reactions or issues after 24 hours. Very happy.

Wow this was great food, knowledgeable staff. They had a gf bun that was great. He said they use Udi’s and heat them in the oven, but it looked different. Everything is gf except the bread, cornbread, and desserts. Brisket A+. Pulled pork was even better. The ribs were also delicious. I liked the coke slaw and potato salad as well. Iced tea very good. My companion had beer because he’s not gf, and he said it was good (Scottsdale blond- again, not gf)

Loved the people loved their dedication to try and eliminate cross contamination and the owner says he tries very hard but isn’t celiac certified . I’m saddened to say i really had an episode after eating there and its a shame because its a very delicious bbq and the people are great and really try. So if youre not worried about cross contamination i would give them a try

Staff washed hands & put on new gloves to serve gluten free food & took my request for gluten free due to celiac very seriously. They were knowledgeable & polite about having to take extra precautions with the food order. Plus the food is fantastic! Great service, great food, safe for celiacs!!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

All meats are gluten free, and they offer a GF (Udi) bun. Everything except for the obvious (Mac n cheese and cornbread) is gluten free including sauces (which as their name suggests you add yourself). Bun was different from any other Udi bun I've had, very good, and pulled pork and ribs are good. Skip the creamy Cole slaw, it's mediocre. Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable, they even bring out the GF bun separately to your table after they prepare it, but I had a mild gluten fog headache (no stomach ache, yay).

Very helpful staff. Food was overall pretty good I had the hot links and sliced brisket. Brisket was excellent. Hot links fair. My guests split a brisket and turkey combo and liked both as well. Their house BBQ sauces, both sweet and spicy were pretty good. I had no reactions. Very casual atmosphere.
