The coconut shrimp temaki with green curry, lime, and cilantro was my favorite from the signature set. The staff was able to help answer my questions and seemed to be familiar with celiac disease. They confirmed that the soy sauce used across the menu is gluten-free tamari—and eating at the temaki bar was such a fun experience. I can’t wait for this to be a regular spot that I can eat at with friends and family.
