It's so easy to eat in any Nando's, and this one is no exception. Staff well clued up on CC, and order taken by a manager if needing gluten free. Almost everything on the menu is GF.

Nandos is always my safe go-to, this location was no different. Staff are knowledgeable and a manager always takes my order for safety. They have a physical allergen list on a tablet if you want to look at specifics. At some locations I will use my own cutlery, but I had no issue using theirs at this location
First time visiting since being intolerant. Manager was very attentive, asked me what I would like & showed me from the tablet that it was gluten free. Nice to get reassurance, definitely coming back.

Really great experience at Nando’s Tooting today. Reassured that all chicken is gluten free and cooked on a separate grill to the bread (and the grills are quite far away from each other). Chips are all gluten free as well in their own fryer. Ensured that all my food would go straight from the grill/fryer into the takeaway bag. My partner ordered a burger and they packaged my meal separately. Haven’t had Nando’s since being diagnosed so this was a great experience and I felt very safe eating here.
It doesn’t offer much of a gluten free. Disappointing especially from a big chain like them.
