If one looks at their gf menu online, they explicitly state that their staff are not trained on how to deal with celiac disease and they won’t be responsible for any reactions people may have.
The best gluten free clam chowder (and I’ve tried a lot). Prices seem high for shellfish portions once the pasta has been removed, which is how they become gluten-free dishes, but the preparations are delicious. Highly recommend their specialty: Portuguese pork loin, served with wonderful rough-mashed potatoes and string beans. A couple of GF desserts too. Friendly helpful staff - feels like family. And, unlike most restaurants in Provincetown, they have a spacious parking lot.

This popular, delicious, reliable mainstay added a gluten free menu this year. While they do not maintain a dedicated gluten free kitchen, I ate here several times, specifically ordering from the gluten free menu, and had no problems.
