I have eaten at Naples 2 times! I have not gotten sick once!! The first time, I had not done any research (bc I did not know I was going to be eating here) so I just ordered the salad. I went on Saturday night (busy) and was assured by two diffrent workers that my food would be handled with care. I was a bit worried as I ordered the penne with white sauce. But they assured everything would be prepared to accommodate me such as making my own sauce to make it gf! It was incredible and so delicious!!!!!!! (I asked for no chili flakes and broccoli and they assured me that the chicken would had no other seasoning than salt and pepper).

ZERO STARS. We went for dinner around 5pm while at Disney. The server assured me they would take every precaution. When the food came out it even had a little gluten free flag in the noodles. After the first bite, which tasted too “normal” to be GF noodles, I waited until he came back and asked. “Oh yes,” he said, “these are the GF noodles. Everyone says they’re great.” I ate the whole thing.
Within 45 minutes I knew I was in trouble and had to be rushed back to the hotel. Spent all night throwing up. It’s two days later and I’m still feeling it. My husband and I had the same thing (except mine was GF and his not).
From the confident server to the kitchen staff who placed the flag… what a nightmare. And I missed 6 hours of Disney and the fireworks.

GF items are limited, but extra care and precautions are taken! Had the penne chicken with broccoli and Parmesan sauce. Waiter was knowledgeable, food was delicious, and didn’t get glutened!

We had an excellent experience… My wife is celiac’s and we made it clear that she cannot have gluten. They accommodated us very well and had an excellent meal staff seemed very knowledgeable.

This restaurant has gotten rid of their gf menu because of covid. I’m not sure why but that’s what we were told the reason was. Only offering as of July 2021 is gf pasta, and it was $26 for a bowl of pasta with red sauce and chewy chicken.

Not great. I got the GF pasta with marinara. It’s advertised as spaghetti but was actually penne (not that big of a deal). When it came out, half of it was crunchy. They have better GF pasta in the park, but we wanted to be able to sit down and have a nice dinner. Other than that, it was okay but we probably won’t come back. I was disappointed they didn’t have GF pizza!
Had dinner here the other night no problems at all. Service was great and helpful.
Yes
They got our order wrong and I also definitely got glutened.
Knowledgeable staff, were able to cater for GF Vegetarian off the menu with a delicious creamy Broccoli GF pasta.
No gf pizza! That was disappointing. They have a separate allergy menu that was very helpful but not super big. Appreciate there is a “kids meal” section on the allergy menu.
Yes
While the restaurant is under construction they do NOT offer much in the way of GF. You’re stuck with some pretty basic salads or a 1/2 chicken, and that’s pretty much it. Waitress did not bring a specialty menu and was just trying to remember what was GF. I did not order, and if you are celiac, I’d say it’s a hard pass. If you’re just sensitive, you’re stuck with modified salad choices or chicken. The end.

No glutenfree options! Reviews where great so went there with my family of 5. Talked to the front person, she assured me there where plenty of gluten-free options. Put name down and waited 30 min. Got seated and waiter explains they have no gluten-free options except salat leaves and tomatoes - what a joke!!
I was a little scared when I walked in and saw them making pizza dough and an open container of flour they were mixing it in, I'm a sensitive celiac. They took me around to the back so I wasn't near it. They took great care and my meal was good, the gf pasta wasn't cooked enough but the taste was good and I didn't get sick.
Staff took great care to provide me a meal that was safe. Had an amazing Sea Bass and a great experience.
Yes
Marginal food, but safe. I got a salad and added chicken and it was so dry and bland, no flavor. Had to add ranch to the salad to make the chicken edible and they charged me for the extra dressing! Many other options in Downtown Disney that are much better. Won't go back.
This place was a fabulous GF dining experience. While the menu just says "GF pasta available, " when I informed the server of my Celiac they were very proactive and knew about cross contamination. Basically you can get any sauce, meat, veggie with GF pasta. I got sausage, mushrooms, and broccolini in marinara, which was originally paired with orrichete on the menu, but I got GF pasta of course. When my husband got his bread and olive oil, they very sweetly brought me a bowl of fruit to nibble on. The food was delicious, manager came out more than once to make sure everything was good, and I am going to try to go back before we leave, I was so impressed.

I ordered the GF pasta with meat sauce and told the server to put an allergy alert on that (was very hesitant seeing all of the flour where they made the pizza behind the counter). A couple minutes after ordering the manager came out and reassured me that everything was going to be cooked separately and he'd make sure of it. The meal turned out to be pretty good and I never got sick! I'm not usually into writing reviews, I was just so impressed when the manager came out to talk to me without me even asking.

The menu does have gluten free options which is nice, however, the corn pasta with meat sauce was flavorless. I also had a mozzarella and onion appetizer that was awful. I don't normally post bad reviews but I was quite disappointed considering the other positive reviews below. I wouldn't recommend it.
Came here for Christmas dinner so it was super busy. I got the speghetti with gf pasta and gf meat sauce and a side of steamed green beans. The waiter took my order and a manager double checked it. They knew what to do.. Very impressed here. My mom who is not celiac got the pizza and loved it! I will be back here!
Yes
Food tastes fresh since they make their own regular and GF corn pasta. Even my husband who isn't gluten intolerant likes the taste of homemade corn pasta. Great service and attention to detail for GF customers which is a huge deal! Only reason they are not five stars because they currently only have three GF pasta dishes and salad as their GF menu items to choose from. No GF pizza - biggest disappointment.
Yes
very knowledgeable staff, extremely celiac friendly with great food. I would recommend this place to anyone

Chef came out and talked to us. They understand crisis contamination. Great GF pasta with shrimp.

Manager welcomed me and assured me he would handle my Celiac needs with care. He would supervise the cook and make food with separate utensils, pans, and cook my dish to order. I asked for gfree pasta with marinara, and he offered to make it with a meat sauce. Enjoyed a nice Chardonney while waiting. Took about 15 minutes, and it was plentiful and delicious!

The food was great and they were super celiac friendly! Gluten-free pasta and they said they are trying to get GF bread as well.

Very helpful, made a delicious and safe meal for my daughter who has multiple food allergies. The rest of the family had a great meal too, a perfect ending to a long day at Disneyland!
They have gluten free notations on the regular menu. The manager always handles gluten free orders and they take it very seriously. Very friendly staff.
