Very disappointing experience. After Waiting for ~1 hour for a pizza gluten free and being reassured by the staff ("it takes a bit longer, but is coming") we have discovered (only because I went claiming in the kitchen) that they had some issue with the oven and were trying cooking the pizza in the oven used for conventional (with gluten) pizzas. Simply unacceptable for an AIC certified restaurant. Zero transparency, zero customer care. To avoid.

I had the seafood pasta because they were sold out of gluten free pizza but this was lovely. It was served with some lovely gluten free bread. While our food was good, the service was very disappointing. We were there on a quiet Monday night and there was plenty staff, I saw one on his phone coming back from the toilet, so by no means busy, but the service was not what I expected. We had to ask twice for our son’s drink and had to get their attention a few times to ask for extra drinks or seasonings. Our plates were even taken when my son and I still had food in our hand finishing it off. It was not closing time so there was no rush on clearing the table but I wasn’t impressed by that.

Delicious AIC gluten free restaurant. Has separate GF menu. Pizza was incredible—best we’ve had in Italy. Felt confident in their GF practices
