I’ve had celiac disease for 11 years and have never tried beer before. I can safely say that I felt more comfortable than ever having any drink I want here without questioning. They were very reassuring of how trustworthy and gluten free everything was and for someone who is very skeptical and nervous with gluten, I’ve had the best experience here (all beer made with quinoa, millet, buckwheat and rice, no gluten in the brewery process whatsoever).
