Cross contamination. Somehow gluten is making its way into the kitchen. Not sure if it's employees bringing their own bread to make sandwiches or what. It's happened two times now.

I'm so sorry that you felt there was cross contamination! I can assure you we do not let our employees bring in their own bread. We give them free meals everyday they work from our menu as they are not allowed to bring outside food. Could there have been another allergen causing you issues? Perhaps a gluten free flour or dairy, etc? We have an allergen guide at the front register in case you ever want to check if before ordering. We also test our food often using the Nima sensor and have never had an issue. Thank you!
