Review of New Cascadia Traditional

New Cascadia is a dedicated gluten-free bakery in Portland, OR, and they have the best breads and other baked goods I have found anywhere. My absolute favorites are their bagels - they are perfect, with the perfect chewiness and "bite" of regular bagels.

I've also had some of their cinnamon rolls and their antipasto sandwich, which were also excellent. They have limited hours, but fortunately their breads and bagels are available locally in other stores, and they will ship online orders as well.
