Review of New Cascadia Traditional

Wow, man, this place gets it. The breakfast pizza and chocolate cream filled donut were heaven. This is the place for gluten free that is indistinguishable from gluteny. By chance we got into a conversation with Steve "the pizza guy," and I mentioned the only other gluten-free pizza I've had that was this good was in Paris, and he then shared that he studied his craft in Italy, so there you go. ;)
