Review of New Cascadia Traditional

Ate here three times while on a week long trip to Portland, would have been four but wife wanted to try something new. Highly recommended, some of the best GF pizza crust I’ve ever had - indistinguishable from gluten containing crust. Excellent pastries and good coffee.
