Review of New Day Gluten Free

I visited for the first time yesterday, two months after my celiac diagnosis. It was so comforting to find a place that is 100% safe. I had the biscuits and gravy, which were delicious! The gravy tasted better than any I’ve EVER had in a restaurant. You could tell the biscuits were gf (crispy around the edges, kinda bland) but the gravy more than made up for it. My father has the pancakes which were disappointing. The pancakes themselves were sour. And they mix agave nectar with pure maple syrup till it no longer tastes like syrup. I ordered a muffin to go. I’ll definitely be back to this celiac safe zone!
