I found gluten free selections in every category offered at New Moon: wonderful house made Scones, Cookies, as well as organic Cupcake Kisses! There is at least one gluten free Soup on the menu each day. Every one of New Moon's house made Salad Dressings is gluten free. They offer their awesome Sandwiches on bread from Vermont Gluten Free bakery in Barre, at no surcharge! So the entire menu can be enjoyed by those seeking gluten free options. And now there's even an Organic Juice Bar! New Moon is a wonderful discovery! Yay!
