New review: The restaurant has been closed for awhile now. Their website says they now do catering. It looks like they closed during the COVID shut down and never reopened as a restaurant.

Old review from 5/27/17: It has a lot of gf options, so I think it's a great place for those with gluten intolerance, but I 'm not sure they are committed to serving celiacs. There is a sign saying they can't guarantee that anything is gluten free.

I have celiac disease but don't have any symptoms if I accidentally ingest gluten so I never know if something I ate ended up having contamination, just have to be careful. My first time eating there I got a gf df soup, without asking detailed Qs re preparation to make sure about cross-contamination. My next time there I took the time to ask about the preparation of the soup, to see if I really should be confident eating it, but the actual kitchen staff had gone home for the day and the person helping me just said they couldn't guarantee anything was gluten free, so I didn't get it. I haven't yet asked during the day when kitchen staff are there. If it was more celiac-friendly, staff would already know if steps are taken to prevent cross-contamination in the preparation.

What I have gotten and feel more confident about is the choose your own salad where they build your salad in front of you from a ton of different vegetables/salad makings. There are only a couple of things on the salad bar that contain gluten (e.g. croutons) and the staff change their gloves each time, so I've felt confident enough to eat it. There are chickpeas, quinoa, brown rice, nuts, and seeds for no extra charge so it can be a complete meal. All their salad dressings are gf.
