Gluten free menu. I had a burger with the gluten free bun and it was great!
I've eaten there 3-4 times and I haven't been glutened. The staff isn't super knowledgable on what gluten is, but they have a dedicated gluten-free menu listing that seems pretty safe. Best GF pizza crust yet!
The menu clearly states, not safe for Celiacs. I stuck with the sandwich, some sort of Italian salami on Udi's bread. I thought it would be safer than the pizza. It was ok. I would look for someplace different in Seattle. Plenty of this mediocrity back at home.
This was across the street from our hotel and thought it would be a good choice. I had the "Works" gluten free pizza. Though I had ordered it "without" the black olives, it came with them. I would have refused it all together, but I was famished and picked them off. The crust was "homemade" and it tasted good. The toppings are locally supplied. All in all, a good meal. They do have a gluten free menu with burgers and other entrees.
