Absolutely amazing all gluten free, dairy free, 6 course meal. Worth the 45 min drive while snow was accumulating in at 3-4 inches. Spectacular family run business 🙏🏼❤

All of our house made food, desserts, and breads at NewBrook are made in our dedicated totally gluten free kitchen onsite, where there has never been and will never be ANY gluten. There are some items in our freezer (which we don't make or serve in house) which are gluten free but carry a disclaimer that the item is made on cleaned but shared equipment. Please feel confident that you can visit us and we will be sure to honestly educate you on any possible cross contamination. Thanks!

What a find! A paleo place in Connecticut and one that is dedicated gluten-free. Hooray! The owner and the chef are both diagnosed with autoimmune diseases so you know they care about keeping things here completely safe and making it celiac friendly. Great to know but how’s the food you ask? Terrific! It can be as simple as a grass fed burger and sweet potato fries or more exotic like tageine, all very flavorful and satisfying. You can eat in or get your food to go but also pick foods from the cooler of freeze and bring an assortment home for lunches and quick dinners. I stocked up!

Great options but NOT celiac safe. The brand they use for breads and bagels is NOT certified gluten free. I got very ill.

Any celiac can walk in and feel 100% confident that they can order ANYTHING off of the menu. Great frozen take-home options as well as prepared foods. Small sit down area if you choose to stay. I can't give this place enough stars!!! Feeling so fortunate to have this place in our town.
