Review of Nida's Thai On High

Pros: Many gluten free choices and the food is pretty tasty. Soup and sushi are delicious, and the Pad Thai is good with some spice. Cons: Staff is not knowledgeable. We ordered an appetizer that came with a dipping sauce that was not gluten free. We specified the gluten free request when we ordered, and inspected the jar of hoisin sauce used when the sauce looked suspicious. (Yes, gluten looks suspicious to me!) The sauce did have wheat. Had I trusted that server, I would have been sick! Overall, a great place in the Short North to enjoy a variety of food. However, if you have CD, you need to be very diligent and ask lots of questions every time you go. Last visited early 2014.
