Waiter and host were very aware of what is safe for celiac and cross contamination. Pizza is cooked the same oven with a separate pan but was warned about the airborne flour in the kitchen so they said pasta is fully separate. Got the Genovese which was delicious! Also gave me gluten free bread with olive oil and ricotta for dipping.
