Review of Nizza

I ordered the eggplant rollatini off the gluten free menu after explaining I have celiac. I tested it in my Nima sensor and it found gluten! When I spoke with the manager he vehemently denied that they use any gluten products in this dish and asked if the Nima is FDA certified. I said "it doesn't matter whether it is FDA certified - I'm not eating that eggplant". He seemed to already know that others found the same result when testing the dish in the Nima. They need to remove that dish from their GF menu! Thankfully they gave us entire meal for free. Nima saved me here.
