Their GF croissant was impressive! They managed to execute a crispy exterior with moist layers (!) on the interior. I was delighted to have a café et croissant in Paris, just like the old pre-diagnosis days. For just one moment mid-croissant—amidst the crispy-and-chewy texture, awash with the aroma and flavor of butter—I forgot all about the word "gluten."
I also got a loaf of their brioche: buttery, tasty, delicious, especially when sliced and pan-fried with some more butter.
I almost didn't come here because of a sour review I read on FMGF, but I happened to walk past and decided to stop in. Very glad I did; my experience was excellent and I intend to come back next time I'm in Paris. Recommended.
