Review of Noglu

Absolutely worst service I’ve experienced in Paris! I explained I also have a nut allergy and the girl taking my order was so dismissive, rude served me an almond milk cappuccino. When I went up to ask if she wouldn’t mind wiping down the wand she was rude and asked me to sit down. I tried so hard to be nice and explain my allergies in a kind way but my patience was really tried here. I was apologizing to them for my allergies. You’d think a place gluten free would have a little empathy. My cappuccino came out cold and avocado toast was burnt. Very disappointed in this place. Don’t waste your time here. The only reason we went was because Helmut Newcake was closed. My recommendation is to avoid this business and it’s rude service (also the bread and food was not good) and go straight to Helmut Newcake where you can get great service and even better tasting food.
