Amazingly good, was wonderful being able to order anything off the menu again with everyone else and not having to worry about getting glutened.

This restaurant is 100% GF and has a lot of options. Service is a little slow. I got the baked Brie to start and the braised short rib for the meal. Both tasty!

The menu is extensive and completely GF. Also everything on the menu can be made keto or vegan. They have grown recently so now their popular bakery is next door. My husband was unsure about going as he has no dietary restrictions and is a meat eater, and he was blown away.

I was so excited to finally have a chance to order from the bakery. So much confusion yesterday here… my order wasn’t correct and several folks trying to figure out my order. Get back home 2.5 hours away only to find out that my bagels were burnt 🥵 Such a disappointment after seeing such beautiful bagels on line.

We had a lovely lunch here recently. My kids wanted sandwiches but I wish I had steered them towards something like pancakes, because neither loved their sandwiches. We appreciated the variety of options and that the GF bread actually held together though! Overall it was a good safe option for us as we traveled between Niagara falls and Toronto.

Wonderful little restaurant! Both of my kids have to eat gluten free, but my son is very sensitive to cross contamination. Since everything there is gluten free, the kids were so happy to have the option to order anything off the menu. They both really recommend the pancakes and waffles which are served all day. I had the Vegan Haloumi sandwich and the spring rolls and they were very good, too. They can also accommodate dairy-free, keto and vegan diets. Neither kid had any symptoms after eating there twice!

Everything is 100% gluten-free and can also be made dairy free or vegetarian. The food was pretty good, although I think describing ‘The Sam’ as Turkish eggs was a bit misleading. The majority of the dish is diced tomatoes and hash browns, not eggs or garlic yoghurt. Went for lunch on a weekday and the kitchen was backed up so there was a 45 minute wait for food to come out. The staff were friendly but the waitress had to be reminded that my meal was supposed to come with toast.

I don’t think it gets better than a dedicated spot that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. 3 separate completely gluten free menus (breakfast served all day). The service was great and the food was good! There’s a lot of seating and so many menu choices!!!! Keto and vegan options too. This is absolutely a spot to stop at if you’re in the area!!! 💯

Eaten here a few times. Their sandwiches are great. The Montreal and Buffalo chicken ones are great. Their pizza was subpar. I tried it hoping it was good but it felt sparse and not appetizing. I’ve had much better frozen GF pizzas. I’ll stick to the sandwiches for now!

Amazing perogies!! This place was definitely worth the stop. Dedicated GF with plenty of keto, DF and vegan options to float your boat. The root fries were one of the best non-potato fries I have had with just the right amount of crunch on the inside. I wanted to try more of their menu but I was stuffed full from my meal. Other family members had the BLT, pizza, BF plate and pasta with raving reviews. The Funkey Monkey smoothie was definitely a hit too and the almond lace cookies were were super delish!! Highly recommend and super safe for Celiacs!
